If you took place in this weekend's migration and are missing mail, there is no need to call the ITS Service Center. They are aware of the problem, but at this time they won’t be able to resolve the issue for you or provide more information.
Here is what we know at this point:
- No mail has been lost. If you are missing mail, we will re-migrate your account some time later today or tomorrow. We will inform you before this happens. You will not need to take any action.
- The existing messages in your new account are not affected.
- You may continue to use your new UMICH Google Mail account. However, for now, we suggest that you avoid changing, moving, or adding labels until the issue is resolved.
