In an effort to make scheduling meetings easier, Google is implementing room suggestions and showing guest timezones in Google Calendar on the web.
Room suggestions - When you create meetings, Calendar will suggest rooms based on you and your guest’s previously used rooms. You can continue to search or browse for other rooms.
Guest time zones - The new “Find a time” tab shows the time of the meeting in the time zone of each guest - if they are different.
More scheduling improvements will be coming throughout 2017.
