As we announced earlier, unlimited storage is now rolling out to UMICH users for Drive (including non-native file formats), Mail, and Google+ photos. Drive for Education is available to all Google Apps for Education users at no charge. In addition to unlimited storage, the updated service will also provide file uploads up to 5TB in size, and (coming soon) enhanced security and administrative controls. To see if your account has been upgraded, go into Drive and check the storage usage indicator in the lower left corner of the screen. You can also see the change in your M+Google Mail by scrolling to the bottom of your mailbox to check the storage usage indicator on the lower left hand corner. When the upgrade has happened, it will show just the storage amount used rather than the amount followed by a percentage of 30GB as it previously did.
